This pandemic makes it difficult for operators to make a profit.  With so many customers on gluten-free diets finding a way to accommodate them using your existing menu can drive extra business your way.  Of course it has to be done easily since most have limited staffs and resources today.
This hands on 1 ½ hour program will help you develop easy changes in your menu and ordering procedures that will make it possible for you to implement and market to these customers. 
 
Join Marlisa Brown registered dietitian, chef and author of 5 gluten-free books where she will work with you to develop specific changes that you can utilize in your operation immediately following this program.  Each participant will receive a workbook to develop a plan that identifies their limitations and changes that can easily be used in their operation. where participants will develop their gluten free menu using their already existing menu.
